DEREK A. ROSENSTRAUCH - principal / senior designer

1987-1992. two degrees and five years of art and design school at u.t. austin. i partake in an individually crafted program concentrating on metalsmithing, graphic design and photography where i was the only art student who didn't smoke.

1993-1995. two years at the now defunct (hee hee!) inmar group, san antonio creating graphics, designing interfaces, and authoring interactive sales tools for corporate america's automotive, finance and telecommunications industries.

1995----> leaves SA and returns to austin to form the team smartypants commune. i use my art skool skills to make computer screens, posters, and little handmade books look pretty. i also help make situations funnier and get to come up with names for things that you would think already have names. I sure like it here!
